World No Tobacco Day, May 31st

Giving up smoking considerably improves your quality of life from a health and financial perspective. Recovering lung capacity, taste and smell, positive effects on skin and dental hygiene, and the radical reduction of the possibility of developing cardiorespiratory health problems are some of the important benefits that the World Health Organization point out with regard to giving up smoking.

We are taking part on this day to demonstrate that quitting tobacco is possible. For you. For those around you. Without a shadow of a doubt.

We have attached a pdf with seven tips on how to stop smoking, making the transition much easier.
