Authorisation Levels in Procurement and Relations with Suppliers

On 24 February 2014, FCC's Management Committee approved the update of the regulation and Authorisation Levels in "Procurement and Relations with Suppliers" (FCC NI-01-2 Authorisation levels), in the terms set out in the attached document, which complements section 50, "Procurement and Relations with Suppliers" of FCC Group's General Regulations Manual.

This Regulation aims to standardise approval criteria. These criteria are mandatory irrespective of how transactions are performed, and transactions must follow the existing approval flows indicated in this Regulation.
