Alicia Alcocer Koplowitz, new Chairwoman of Cementos Portland Valderrivas

The Board of Directors of Cementos Portland Valderribas, in a meeting held on May 18th 2015 has unanimously approved Alicia Alcocer Koplowitz’s appointment, a representative in EAC’S (Inversiones Corporativas S.L.) Board, as a Chairwoman in the highest governance Board of the Company.

Up to now Alicia Alcocer Koplowitz was a Vice-president in the Board of Directors.
