Carlos M. Jarque visits the Nuevo Tres Cantos site (Madrid)

The CEO of FCC Group, Carlos M. Jarque, visited the Madrid town of Tres Cantos to review the progress of the company’s works there. FCC Industrial is building 33 houses in the area known as “Nuevo Tres Cantos” for FCC Real Estate, the FCC Group company specialising in the property business.

During the visit, Jarque was accompanied by the Realia architect Antonio Pulido; Juan Cesar Lopez, FCC Industrial department head; Miguel A. Martinez Chuán, FCC Industrial's site manager; and Rafael Cejas, FCC Industrial's works supervisor.
The CEO was able to see for himself how the homes under construction were being built with materials featuring the very latest technology.

The design of these homes is based on a new model of energy efficiency and the use of cutting-edge technology. The area not built on is intended for use for parking, open areas for pedestrians, gardens and sports facilities as well as children's play areas.
During his visit, Jarque encouraged those in charge of the project to focus on a results-oriented approach, efficiency, technological innovation and productivity as the key objectives, while congratulating them on the excellent work that is being done on the site. The CEO told them, "All the effort and team work of everyone who works at FCC is beginning to bear fruit," and he urged them to carry on working with the same commitment and enthusiasm they have shown so far.

The Nuevo Tres Cantos sector, which has been developed by FCC Construcción practically in its entirety, is one of the largest property developments currently under way in the Madrid region. It will house approximately 25,000 people once the works have been completed.
