In honour of International Women's Day, we launched a campaign to spotlight FCC's female employees and to reflect the diversity of our staff worldwide. Our group has strived for years, and continues to do so on a daily basis, to ensure that women and men have equal career opportunities. Our efforts are bearing fruit and giving rise to principles and values through which we continue to build a work environment that is fair, professional and profoundly diverse.

This is made possible by the leadership of the Human Resources Department, through which the Equality and Diversity Management Team promotes policies, projects and actions to educate, raise awareness and motive all FCC personnel to participate in this important matter.

With everyone's hard work and dedication, we will enhance our policy of corporate ethics and responsibility, contributing to well-being in our society and strengthening our commitment to the communities that we serve.
