FCC Chairwoman, Esther Alcocer Koplowitz, attended the presentation ceremony of the Fundación Consejo España-Columbia [Spain-Colombia Council Foundation] in Bogota, which was led by the Chancellor of Colombia, Ángela Holguín and the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of Spain, José Manuel García-Margallo.

The Fundación Consejo España-Colombia is a non-profit private entity that works towards strengthening bilateral relations in all possible facets including economic, business, political, cultural or social.

"With the Fundación Consejo España-Colombia we have been able to launch this new foreign policy tool which focuses on public private collaboration; it will be used to reinforce our bilateral relations and promote contacts", stated Minister Garcia-Margallo.
