FCC awards loyalty prizes to employees with 25 and 40 years in the company

The FCC group has today awarded loyalty prizes to persons with 25 and 40 years in the company, in a ceremony in the corporate headquarters in Las Tablas, Madrid. The ceremony was presided over by Carlos M Jarque, group Managing Director, together with Esther Alcocer Koplowitz, chair of FCC.

Carlos M Jarque welcomed the attendees and opened the ceremony speaking of FCC and its strategy based on financial and operational pillars and mentioned the achievements of the company with this strategy. “But what is truly important,” stated the Managing Director, “are the persons behind these strategic lines, especially the longest-serving,” adding, “these are the heart of our group and have contributed to creating the company that FCC is in the world today.”

Jarque concluded the ceremony by thanking the prize-winners for all their contributions during their time in FCC. “My most sincere congratulations to you all. I thank you for your great contribution and effort for FCC to become a leading company and I invite you to continue working with impetus and much enthusiasm.” He also wished them a happy Christmas.

A video was then shown in honour of the prize-winners, with the handover of the gifts.

These gifts recognise the career and work of those professionals who have dedicated these years to the company - 25 and 40 years are many in a company and the first working day was certainly one of the most important prizes. Also certainly, they remember many anecdotes and will never forget those great challenges met nor the experiences lived nor their best colleagues.
