FCC participates in the world waste to energy congress in London

FCC Group attended the World Waste to Energy & Resources Summit 2017 held in London on 23 and 24 May, highlighting the importance to the Environment area of the use of waste for energy.


 

 

 

 

FCC participates in the world waste to energy congress in London

During the event, London became the world capital for waste handling for energy uses. Political authorities, business executives, promoters, banks, investment funds, technology suppliers and end users were all in the city to discuss the current outlook for the industry and to discuss its future in areas of technological, political, economic and associative innovations in the local, European and global context.

Representing FCC Group at the World Waste to Energy & Resources Summit were Felipe Urbano de Saleta, FCC Medio Ambiente Director of Development, Communication and Institutional Relations in a panel on the circular economy and Carlos Afonso, Director of Corporate Development and Concessions in FCC Medio Ambiente, in an exhibition framed by the growth in the world market.
