FCC presents the new health and safety campaign, "In my job, safety matters. PUT SAFETY FIRST"
FCC presents the new health and safety campaign, "In my job, safety matters. PUT SAFETY FIRST", the main goal of which is to encourage and reinforce a positive attitude towards workplace health and safety among all employees.
FCC has set a strategic goal of "Zero Accidents". This campaign seeks to strengthen the company's commitment to workplace health and safety and to raise awareness among employees about the importance of their involvement in achieving this objective, so that everyone feels responsible for making proper use of the safety equipment that is provided and for appropriately following work instructions.
Promoting health in the workplace is more than just complying with the legal requirements; it also means that the company actively seeks to improve the overall health and well-being of its employees. To this end, FCC has a specific structure for managing health and safety in each area of activity.
One of the company's key strategies for addressing new challenges is to promote and integrate a preventive culture in the organisation, in all of our work processes and in all of our attitudes.
This initiative is part of the Strategic Plan for Workplace Health and Safety, which represents an organisational change and a shift to a model that is more participatory and proactive, rather than a reactive approach focused on mere compliance.
Through this on-going campaign, we are convinced that our combined efforts and enthusiasm will achieve a better work environment.
The protagonists of this campaign are FCC employees, each and every one of you, because a company's most valuable asset is the intellectual and emotional capital of its workers. For that reason, we emphasize that people's value lies not only in themselves, but also in their ability to give their best.
