FCC participates in the Madrid region's 4th Job Fair for People with Disabilities
FCC participated in the Madrid region's 4th Job Fair for People with Disabilities, held in Pavilion 2 of Madrid's Campo de las Naciones fairgrounds. The fair's slogan is: "When you hire people with disabilities, everybody wins". The event seeks to promote equality through employment by enabling people with disabilities to contribute to the economy.
Attendees at the fair's inauguration included the Madrid Region's Minister for Employment, Women & Immigration, Paloma Adrados Gautier, and Minister for Family Affairs, Engracia Hidalgo.
The FCC booth at the fair provided the public with information on hiring people with disabilities.
FCC's participation at the event aligns with the Group's corporate social responsibility policy, which includes supporting associations that work towards integrating people with disabilities, and with its human resources policy, which is committed to equal opportunities in access to employment.
FCC Group signed an agreement yesterday with the ONCE Foundation through which the company will hire 150 people with disabilities over the next three years.
