FCC reinforces its commitment to integrity

At its February meeting, the Board of Directors of FCC approved an amendment to the Code of Ethics to redefine the principles that underlie FCC's corporate culture and to adapt the Code to Spain's penal code, which includes a new provision where legal persons can be held criminally liable.

FCC also approved the Crime Prevention and Response Manual, which aims to establish a crime prevention system using actions and oversight within the Group, so as to mitigate the risk of crime.

FCC plans to provide training to its employees to ensure awareness and understanding of the Code of Ethics and the Manual.

Both internal regulations are already available on the FCC website and on the intranet.
