For the purpose of complying with the universal obligation of DUTY OF CARE, FCC is implementing a tool, together with INTERNATIONAL SOS - CONTROL RISK, which will allow us to inform our employees travelling abroad of the risks to which they may be subjected.

Implementation of software for traveller information

This software will enable us to establish a Communication Channel via email, with all those travelling, in the event of an incident occurring in a particular country.

This information will mainly consist of:

A report sent containing the details of the country of destination, depending on the level of risk.
Automatic email contact with the traveller in the event of an incident.
Contact telephone numbers in the event of an emergency.

In order to achieve this aim, it is necessary to make a series of changes in the document PROPOSED TRAVEL (the old and new models are attached). The following employee details in particular must be included:

Employee code / Travelling employee ID.
Mobile number.
Company email to which information and messages may be sent.
