The second 2017 UX (user experience) study published by Top Position, an independent digital marketing and communication consultancy, places the FCC portal in 13th place in the general ranking  of corporate Web sites. With 6.8 points, the Web site is at 11.5% of the total average (6.1).

The FCC corporate Web site is number 13 in the Top Position user experience ranking

The FCC corporate Web site has risen by two points compared to the first study published in February this year, above companies such as Mapfre, ACS, Gas Natural and Atresmedia, among others, out of a total of 50 analysed, reaching the sixth position in the infrastructures sector.

The Top Position study assesses the experience of Web users of the 100 most important companies operating in Spain, divided into two categories, e-commerce and corporate. For this, Top Position has developed its own heuristic assessment method based on the adapting of generally-accepted principles. This method is undertaken by user experience experts, who assess a series of variables that are adapted to the type of Web site analysed.

This assessment is made using an in-house analysis system (UX Rank) that combines more than 80 quantitative and qualitative study variables in 13 main groups: general aspects, identity and information, structure and browsing, graphic design, layout, ease of interaction, control and feedback, multimedia elements, searching, help, form structure, cell phone adaptability and e-commerce.

This study shows the improvements made by the company in recent months in the digital ambit to improve users’ experience.
