Within the framework of the fight for the elimination of gender violence, FCC held a commemorative seminar at its corporate headquarters in Las Tablas with the slogan “Me, with you”. Participating in the event were FCC Medio Ambiente’s Human Resources Director, Luis Suárez and the Director of the Fundación Integra, Ana Muñoz de Dios, it also included the testimony of a person who has been the victim of gender violence.

The seminar was attended by the Chair of FCC, Esther Alcocer Koplowitz, who joined company employees to form a heart at the entrance to the headquarters. The symbol was made in solidarity against this social scourge and as part of the activities organised to commemorate the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, held globally on 25 November.

With these acts, FCC reasserts its commitment to equality between men and women. The company rejects all acts of violence through initiatives in the countries in which our Group is present and in this way contributes to building a freer and more respectful society.
