Announcing the Employee Portal
FCC has set up its Employee Portal, a corporate information management tool which seeks to improve communication and information flows between employees and management. The Portal is a joint project of the Communication, Systems and IT, and Human Resources departments.
It is accessible via FCC's intranet; initially, employees will be able to view their e-payslip online and learn about exclusive offers for employees.
Since January 2010, employees have been able to view and print any e-payslip at any time, thereby reducing paper use.
To access e-payslips, employees must enter their ID number, login and password. Printed payslips will continue to be issued until the switchover to e-payslips is complete.
Additional services and content will be gradually added to the Employee Portal, and employees will be informed in due course.
