FCC EQUAL has been launched, a company dedicated to the integration of disabled people into the workplace

The main commitment is focused on the integration and inclusion of disabled people in the workplace.

This project has been driven by the environmental branch of FCC, and counts the personal involvement of the Chairman of FCC Medio Ambiente, the Managing Director, the Local Manager of Area III and the Managing Director of Human Resources.

The pinnacle of this goal is owed to the exceptional work carried out from the Local Office of Castile and León Medio Ambiente, both by its former Person in charge of the Local Office, Antonio Rodríguez Gómez, and the current one, Javier Rivas Gavela.

We are sure that the people with disabilities who are a part of the team of FCC EQUAL will develop skills, abilities and responsibilities which will help them become extremely valued employees for the company.

FCC EQUAL CEE, S.L. has its head office on the fourth floor of the building located at Calle Federico Salmón, 13, in Madrid. It is currently refurbishing the facilities to ensure they meet current legal regulations, however, as soon as they are up and running, it will be the place from which the development of this project will be nurtured and propelled.

The main commitment is focused on the integration and inclusion of disabled people in the workplace.

Special Employment Centres (CEE) were first launched in 1985 as a formula for employment for people with disabilities and the possible provision of personal and social adjustment services required by this demographic. They are companies primarily promoted by associations of people with disabilities and/or their family members, without any prejudice constituted as such by any individual or legal entity. The main goal of these centres combines both the labour and social integration of people with disabilities.
