FCC is committed to the fight against gender violence, and would like to remind all employees that we must be alert for any sign of violence against women, regardless of where we work.

Human Resources, through the Equality and Diversity Management Team, continues to promote actions which favour equality and fight gender violence.

We believe that equality is not only a right, but also the best weapon against gender violence, and we want to do more than just speak out: we want to help raise awareness about this issue throughout FCC and involve all employees, thereby improving the well-being of society and strengthening our commitment to the communities we serve.
