FCC is continuing with the exclusive Housing Plan for FCC Group employees and their direct relatives (parents, children and siblings) by offering a new housing development.

The campaign offers a 10% discount on public sale prices , the possibility of reserving a home before it is put on sale, as well as special financing options for all employees.

The new private sector housing development that FCC is launching is called "Residencial Buenavista Tres Cantos", located, as its name suggests, in the Madrilenian municipality of Tres Cantos.

It is a complex of 33 single-family attached houses, all of which are equipped with garages, garden communal areas, swimming pool and children's playground, and will be put on sale on 1 September.

The houses will have a surface area of approximately 220 m², distributed throughout the ground floor, first floor and attic.
