A few months ago, Organisation approved the new Internal Mobility Policy to manage recruitment and selection of personnel in all FCC areas and businesses by means of an internal search for valid candidates as well as talent management and professional development.

Internal Mobility Policy

This policy aims to focus selection efforts on capturing internal talent and maintaining it in the organisation while leveraging employees' potential and skills.
