Sometimes FCC employees need to travel for work reasons but it sometimes happens that these journeys are for long periods or are permanent and are to places with a certain risk, so it is convenient to take care of all the details of the journey and the stay.
For this reason, and so that the journey and the stay are agreeable, the FCC Group Security Directorate has created a video with recommendations based on the Self-Protection Manual, available in the “It may interest you” section on the intranet. This contains safety and protection recommendations for persons who travel abroad on long duration or permanent assignments and that may also be useful for persons who receive short term assignments, although specific instructions are given for these cases.

The video graphically shows advice on how to increase personal safety, how to prepare for the journey and how to protect yourself in unexpected situations. It also provides important data such as telephone numbers and advice on informing yourself beforehand on the culture of the destination country to have certain notions about it (religion, social rules, etc).
 
The destination is unimportant since risk may occur in any place. Thus you are invited to read the Self-Protection Manual and to watch the enjoyable video about it.
