Basic principles
The basic principles of this programme are:
- Jobs will be advertised on the FCC intranet and new openings will be posted on Mondays.
- The maximum level of confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations are guaranteed.
- Candidates must have worked for at least 18 months in their current position or function to be able to opt for an internal mobility position.
- Transition periods will be established to effectively cover the vacant position. This will be as flexible as possible and the complexity of the position, number of shortlisted candidates to assess and the requirements of each business will be taken into account.
