With the award of the Toyohashi Water Treatment Plant renovation project and its 30-year operation alongside another water treatment plant located 300 kilometers west of Tokyo, in Aichi Prefecture, Aqualia enters the Far East market and continues its international expansion

The contract introduces the BT (‘Build and Transfer’) hybrid model combined with concession in Japan, a pioneering approach that will enable the construction of a state-of-the-art plant and guarantee the treatment of more than 80,000 m³ of water per day
