Students from the European University visit the construction project of the new Airbus headquarters campus (Madrid)

Students from the European University of Madrid visited, on March 27, the construction project of the new Airbus headquarters campus in Getafe (Madrid). The students belong to different Civil Engineering courses.

The project executed by the FCC Construcción consortium and FCC Industrial e Infraestructuras Energéticas has a lead time of 22 months. The plot object of action has an area of 54,700 square meters and will be equipped to house 1,600 jobs. It will have buildings destined to central offices, the Information Management building, the data processing center, the entrance building and a dining room with capacity for 3,000 people. The whole is completed with an identification building, and external visiting rooms, as well as a central space that unifies the three main volumes. The buildings will be connected by a pedestrian connection as a "backbone" from the northern factory.

FCC Construction experts in non-residential building
