The students were able to gain a first-hand insight into the implementation of such a project and witness the on-site construction process along with FCC staff. Miguel Ángel Hernández, site manager, offered theoretical information on the design and execution of the project, and Jose Antonio Mendoza, production manager, took the students on a tour of the site to show them the work being carried out.

The works consist of building a new interchange on the A-6 in Torrelodones so as to facilitate the connection between the left and right sides of the road. A new roundabout will be constructed and the service lanes remodelled as part of the works.

FCC continuously works towards developing education and improving the communities in which it operates.
