Auconsa, a company 100% owned by FCC Construcción, the Subdelegation of the Government, carries out disinfection work in the areas of autonomous service circumscribed within the section of the autobahn which is the subject of the maintenance contract and conservation that develops Matinsa.

The disinfection of service areas is developed through the dilution of sodium hypochlorite. Auconsa, through Matinsa, has the service of the relevant authorities, carrying out the necessary activities to achieve maximum sanitary control. For this activity, Auconsa has the disposal of pickle trucks.

AUTOVIA CONQUENSE (AUCONSA, 100% owned by FCC Construcción) is the concessionaire of the concession awarded on November 15, 2007 by the General Secretariat of Infrastructure of the Ministry of Development (currently Ministerio de Transportes Movilidad y Agenda Urbana (MITMA )). The public works concession contract covers the construction works of the first establishment, conservation and maintenance, as well as the exploitation of the infrastructure of the A-3 highway of the kilometer 70.70 to the 177.53 and the A-31 highway of the kilometer point 0.00 al kilometer point 29.80. The daily average intensity (IMD) during the year 2019 was 24,767 vehicles.
