Carso and FCC Construcción participate in the 30th Congress National of Civil Engineering in Mexico
The Carso Group and FCC Construction have been present at the 30th Congress National Civil Engineering celebrated in Mexico the past November 22 to 25.
The event brought together the main political personalities and business of the country, the which showed an analysis on the present and future infrastructures of Mexico.
The objective of the congress is to present and discuss proposals to transform engineering Mexican civil, as well as the great challenges, experiences and lessons learned that have had throughout history in the various civil engineering disciplines of Mexico.
Facing the competitive global environment, the changes that Mexico is going through, the pressures of population growth and the desire to improve its population, it is unavoidable a balance of the national physical infrastructure, current and future, as well as of your ability to meet your goals and meet rising expectations with opportunity and sufficiency.
The current situation imposes conditions of efficiency, speed, immediacy on countries and flexibility Therefore, Mexicans are obliged to analyze, the Infrastructure indispensable for the desirable and accessible future of the country, through planning rational, positively impacting on health, education, economy, social development, climate change and resilience for the benefit of the next generations.
The infrastructure projects proposed by prospective studies in the field of Water, Transportation, Energy, Sustainability, Resilience and Tourism, constitute themselves same Challenges and Opportunities that Mexico and Civil Engineering must overcome and take advantage of, for which they must be addressed with rationality and speed, as required the reality of the current historical moment.
