Communication of serious, very serious and fatal accidents

The instruction handed down from the General Organisation Management Department regarding the notification of serious, very serious and fatal accidents aims to establish the guidelines for action for the internal communication of these accidents at different levels of the FCC organisational structure.

All of the current communication procedures of the various risk prevention at work management systems must be adapted to the common framework set out in this document.

The guideline should be applied in all work centres worldwide belonging to the FCC Group which are subject to any contract, service, concession, works project or any type of activity management.
