The Health, Safety and Wellbeing Policy, applicable across all geographical areas and employee groups, integrates these principles into decision-making and the execution of activities, fostering a culture of prevention shared throughout the organisation. It is worth noting that, in 2025, coverage through certified management systems (ISO 45001) reached 88.81 per cent of the workforce.

Health and safety are central to FCC’s operational management; the company works continuously to anticipate risks and ensure that everyone carries out their work in safe conditions. This commitment is put into practice through a preventative approach that combines the identification and control of relevant risks, the regular assessment of working conditions and the analysis of incidents to incorporate lessons learnt that enable existing procedures to be improved. Added to this is coordination with partner companies and the ongoing raising of awareness amongst staff, elements that reinforce a shared preventative culture geared towards continuous improvement.
