The FCC Group's construction division joins REDI's ‘The Value of Words’ campaign

Through this campaign, the FCC Group's construction division will bring together cities, people and companies in support of LGBTI diversity in its ‘Corporate Pride’ initiative. Together with the Business Network for LGBTI Diversity and Inclusion (REDI), the FCC Group's construction division is joining the ‘The Value of Words’ campaign, an initiative that will visit several cities in Spain during June and July. Through digital actions, face-to-face meetings and strategic events, REDI is reinforcing its mission to raise awareness, consolidate and celebrate companies' commitment to LGBTI diversity in the workplace.

One of the central themes of this edition is the campaign ‘The Value of Words’, a digital initiative through which REDI aims to give a voice to the LGBTI community and its allies within the business world. To this end, more than 100 professionals have chosen the words that best reflect their identity, their experiences and their commitment to diversity. The result is a collective digital flag, a mosaic of colours and terms that highlight the power of language as a tool for affirmation, visibility and social transformation.

At a time when LGBTI rights are gaining prominence internationally, the FCC Group's construction division reaffirms its commitment and underlines the importance of protecting equality, diversity and inclusion.

This year, this initiative coincides with another fundamental regulatory milestone: Law 4/2023 and RD 1026/2024, which commits all companies with more than 50 employees to implement measures for equality and non-discrimination towards LGBTI people.

The FCC Group's construction division is a pioneer in the development of inclusive policies within the sector, demonstrating that companies are committed to and support the needs of society.
