The Alejandría project finalist in the Forbes Innovation Contest

The Alejandría project has been a finalist in the Forbes Innovation Contest, within the “talent and culture” category.

In the Alejandría project, developed by FCC Construcción, tools and methodologies have been developed to take advantage of the Knowledge Generated in construction projects, in organizations and in the people that make up the company. In this way, the knowledge generated will be available, even if the organization changes or people stop belonging to it. It makes it possible to repeat those processes that are excellent and stop applying those that are not, so that the company improves, the projects improve, and society improves.

The purpose of the contest is to identify, value and recognize the most relevant initiatives that are contributing to the transformation of organizations and generating an innovative impact on the business. A contest in which a total of 100 organizations have participated in one of the 5 main categories to which they have been able to apply (innovative product, innovative business model, customer experience, disruptive technology, talent and culture, the most sustainable project and the the most innovative startup).

The large, medium and small participating companies have presented a project related to digital transformation or development that, thanks to innovation, has generated value for the company and contributed to sustainable growth and social progress, applying new business models and processes. , redefining the way of working or creating new customer experiences.
