Enpositivofcc has been included as good practice in the SDG 10 on the occasion of the day international of people with disabilities.

The action developed by the construction area of FCC Group has been published on the Global Compact platform on good business practices, on the occasion of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities.

Good practice has been disseminated in the social networks of the Global Compact as well as on the  website of the Spanish Network of the Global Compact.

The Construction Area of the FCC Group, launched the project “Diversity sum ”together with its web enpositivofcc, through which a point of creation has been created meeting of diversity and equality in the work environment. This action is unique within of companies in the construction sector, making the initiatives taken unique as well as the policies implemented.

The strong commitment of the Directorate to this initiative is aimed at positive towards disability and support and promotion of diversity, as well as promote the inclusion of different talents, taking advantage of, respecting and accepting the diverse perspectives through collaborative models that recognize and defend the Identity, uniqueness and dignity.

Corporate diversity is a value that adds to our company and from the Area of Construction of the FCC Group, we join this commitment by working continually strengthen our diversity strategy.

In 2008, FCC Construcción was the first in its sector that launched and implemented its equality plan and since then it has continued to develop positive programs and measures that enhance respect among people, the equality of opportunities for women and men and the labor integration of diversity.
