FCC Construcción wins the construction contract for the new Perleta building of the Miguel Hernandez University (Elche) for an amount of 8.5 million euros and an execution budget of 15 months.

The building will be intended for students of Journalism and Audiovisual Communication. It will have 9 teaching classrooms, 3 computer rooms and 2 set classrooms. It will also have production rooms, makeup rooms and dressing rooms. Linked to this building, it is expected that the reopening of Ciudad de la Luz for cinema activity may be an opportunity to gain feedback from it, as well as if there is a degree, it may have close collaboration with the cinematographic enclave.
