FCC Construcción advances in the largest sustainable urban development project being developed in Chile, Parque Mapocho Río. Soon, the first section of the Mapocho Río Park will be delivered. This first layout is 98.29% complete and its delivery date is scheduled for the end of June 2022. Stage 1 of this park, 1.4 kilometers long, has two multi-fields among its equipment -for the practice of baby soccer, volleyball and basketball-, children's games, a dog circuit, picnic areas, chess and pingpong tables, river viewpoints, among others. However, the main attraction of this section is a bowl-type skatepark, which will be the largest and most complex in the country.

The project as a whole presents six execution stages, five of which -corresponding to the first award phase- are executed by FCC Construccion. The works developed by the company include 6.6 kilometers of extension and 42 hectares, on land that borders the Mapocho River, the main tributary that runs through the city of Santiago de Chile.

The average progress of the entire project is 70.78%.
