FCC Construcción Centroamérica organises activities to promote environmental education in La Valdeza

To commemorate International Recycling Day, which was held on Sunday 17 May, the Community Services Directorate of FCC Construcción Centroamérica in the La Valdeza area implemented a set of activities along with the National Environmental Authority with the aim of encouraging students to recycle and instilling in them from an early age the importance of caring for the planet.

Likewise, to mark Earth Day which annually takes place on Wednesday 22 April, the students carried out a reforestation project in the area surrounding the school. They also performed a play about the environment which was thoroughly enjoyed by those in attendance.

These types of activities aim to make students aware of how important it is to look after the earth and to prevent contamination, educating them from an early age about the well-being of the environment.
