FCC Construcción will carry out the urbanization of the third phase of the urban development of "Los Berrocales", for an amount of more than 60 million euros.

Recently, the Madrid City Council has approved the urbanization works of this development phase, which includes a large area of land that covers more than 100 hectares, allowing the construction of more than 5,500 homes, of which 2,579 will have some type of of protection.

The award of this development allows FCC Construcción to continue participating in one of the largest urban developments in the southeast of the city. FCC Construcción has executed the urbanization of phases 1 and 2 of the project.

The Berrocales project is one of the most important urban developments in the city of Madrid, which will incorporate more than 10,000 homes on the market, marking a milestone in the development of the city.

According to the economic impact report carried out by PwC, the Berrocales project will entail a total estimated investment of around 5,279 million euros, generating approximately 206,500 jobs.

This ambitious project will have a significant cumulative economic impact on the GDP of the city of Madrid and the Community of Madrid, exceeding 8,700 million euros and giving rise to the creation of more than 167,000 jobs, both direct and indirect, throughout the different phases of the project (urbanization, construction and operation).
