FCC Construcción has won the contract to expand the Naos dock in Arrecife, Lanzarote. The objective of the project is the creation of a dock that guarantees the operability of the traffic of ro-ro ships, merchandise and passengers. The works will have to be carried out within a period of 12 months and have a budget of 12 million euros.

The expansion of the Naos wharf is the only viable solution to provide coverage for the operations of regular liner and ro-ro ships that dock at the Los Mármoles wharf. The expansion will be the main entry route for merchandise and products necessary to supply the island of Lanzarote, as well as for passengers who access it by sea. Arrecife is one of the main centers of economic development in Lanzarote.
