FCC Construcción wins the rehabilitation contract for the Les Quennevais School in Jersey (United Kingdom)

The FCC-Rok consortium has been winner of the contract rehabilitation of the center educational Les Quennevais Jersey School (Kingdom United). The Government of Jersey has appointed the consortium FCC-Rok to develop the remodeling design of the Les Quennevais college, to transform it into a health center, in which the services will be relocated existing in Overdale, which is where the future hospital will be built, which is being designed by the FCC-ROK consortium itself.

The contract has an award amount of more than 3 million euros and a deadline of 09 months.

Its scope includes demolition and asbestos removal activities as well as rehabilitation and creation of new transformed spaces for sanitary use.

Currently the consortium formed by FCC Construcción and the local company ROK Construction Ltd, develop the design contract for the new Jersey hospital (United Kingdom). This awarded contract has a value of 40 million euros and has a within a year and a half, until the completion of the design of the new hospital.

FCC Construcción has a deep experience in the construction of hospital facilities. Over the past 15 years, the company has designed and built more than 20 hospitals, including Hospital de Salamanca, Hospital Torrejón de Ardoz (Madrid), Hospital del Sureste (Madrid), Hospital San Juan de Dios in Seville, Soria hospital ... among others.
