FCC Construcción has won the renovation project for the San Pablo CEU School in Valencia. The contract consists of the renovation of several of the pavilions that make up the seminar to respond to the current needs of the CEU San Pablo School in Valencia: adapt to current regulations on Safety and Accessibility; improve the general functioning of the College; more space for its teaching facilities; larger teaching spaces; improve the quality of spaces, both interior and exterior; improve the performance of the spaces; improve the comfort of spaces (especially thermal).

The Seminar needs important interventions to be able to adapt it to both new functional needs and new regulatory demands.

FCC Construcción presents extensive experience in rehabilitation and comprehensive renovations of historic buildings. Currently, the company is carrying out the comprehensive rehabilitation of the Valencia Palace of Justice, a property declared of Cultural Interest as well as a National Monument.
