FCC Construcción has held its 4th Management Conference, a key event for the organisation that brought together the company’s senior executives to showcase its corporate and regional leadership. The conference provided an opportunity to review the company’s key achievements, analyse the global macroeconomic context and set out the main priorities for tackling the upcoming challenges facing the construction and infrastructure sector.

The conference was opened by María Carrasco, CFO of FCC Construcción, who presented a detailed overview of the company’s financial figures. During her address, she provided a rigorous analysis of the company’s financial performance, highlighting the robustness of the balance sheet, discipline in cost management and the solid capacity to generate value, all of which enable the company to maintain a competitive leadership position in both domestic and international markets.

The international session was led by Yago Mijangos, Director for the Middle East, Australia and Western Europe, who offered a vision of the near future and analysed the dynamism and scale of the projects FCC Construcción is currently carrying out, highlighting the success of the company’s geographical diversification and the consolidation of its brand in markets with high technical demands.

Furthermore, innovation and digital transformation featured prominently at the event, presented by Alberto Lapeña and José Luis García Roll, who were responsible for explaining the “Alejandría” project. Both outlined the competitive advantages, the functioning and the scope of this technological initiative, designed to optimise internal processes, boost operational efficiency and promote integrated knowledge management within the organisation.
