FCC Construcción took part in the international training event StudyTour, a cultural immersion programme in which more than 50 participants travelled from different Latin American countries to Madrid. During the business meetings, the students visited the FCC Construcción headquarters as well as Metro de Madrid. The students had the opportunity to learn about the activities of both companies as well as the strengths of both companies. 

At the Metro de Madrid Logistics Centre, participants had the opportunity to delve into the operational heart of Madrid's public transport system. During the visit, they were able to learn about the keys to comprehensive train maintenance, the process of supplying essential parts and spare parts, as well as the innovative technological solutions that ensure the efficiency and safety of the network. They also learnt about the logistical planning strategies that allow Metro de Madrid to operate with precision, managing resources and time to guarantee an uninterrupted service to millions of users every day.

At FCC Construcción, meanwhile, attendees were able to learn more about the company's leading national and international projects. Sustainable infrastructure initiatives were addressed, from large civil works to smart urban planning projects, highlighting how FCC integrates digital transformation and environmental commitment in each of its actions.

The StudyTour was not only an international cultural and educational immersion, but also a valuable opportunity to foster networking and open doors to future national collaborations.
