FCC Construcción has participated in the first congress of rescue and immediate response units, which was held in Alicante on September 30 and October 1 and 2. Specifically, FCC Construcción allowed the Alicante Fire Brigade access to the Mar del Enol drawer to carry out various maritime boarding maneuvers.

More than 150 participants participated in the different workshops of the congress: hydraulic opening, response to incidents with multiple victims and underwater navigation, among others. The congress had two venues, one in the Ildefonso Prats park, with the hydraulic opening workshops, thermal lance, locksmith, response to multiple casualties, and the second in the port area, where the underwater navigation and underwater release workshops took place. , boarding ladders, Shark Marine devices.

The program included theoretical sessions, as well as some specialized presentations, as well as practical workshops on Handling mechanical and electrical equipment, Handling light and heavy hydraulic equipment, Locksmithing, Handling thermal lance and flame cutting, Underwater work with hydraulic equipment, Shielding, Openings with hydraulic equipment Self-contained breathing with a full exercise.

This is the first time that an emergency meeting has been held, since in Spain there is no conference of these characteristics that includes experts and practical workshops.

The congress has been promoted and organized by the SPEIS Firefighters, and Firefighters from the Alicante Provincial Consortium, Firefighters from Granada, Madrid, Murcia, Cartagena, Valencia participated.
