FCC Construcción took part, through Jesús Romero Luque, in a meeting organised by the Academy of Landscape: ‘Promoting Diversity in Public Gardening’. At the event, the company explained how it innovates to integrate naturalistic meadows as an element of conservation in the city, establishing the need for naturalistic landscaping and Mediterranean gardening.

The company's projects were presented, in which differential soil management has been prioritised, specifically the topsoil horizon that contains the germplasm with the potential to regenerate future meadows and forests.

Projects such as the access roads to the Metropolitano stadium (Madrid), the Pinto landfill site, where a special conservation area is being ecologically restored; Bosque Metropolitano, where plant genetic resources with a guarantee of native origin are used, making it possible to generate conservation grassland compositions for the metropolitan area of Madrid; or the urbanisation of Los Berrocales, where hydroseeding has been carried out as a treatment for slopes.
