The construction area of the FCC Group participates in the celebration of the 40th Anniversary of the College of Civil Works of Aragon. FCC collaborates with the Civil Engineers Engineering School with an exhibition of works carried out in these four decades and which has been inaugurated in the center of Zaragoza.

A total of 30 large cubes have been placed on Paseo de la Independencia in which the most significant works carried out in Aragón during this period are illustrated. The objective is to take advantage of the event to present the activity of Civil Engineers, Canals and Ports. The inauguration of the sample of the Civil Engineers College of Aragon has been chaired by the mayor of Zaragoza, Pedro Santisteve, who has been accompanied by the president of the National College, Juan Antonio Santamera; of the dean of the Demarcation, José Javier Mozota.

The works of the International Exhibition of Zaragoza 2008, water management or fluvial engineering are some of the topics that are presented in these cubes of the College of Roads of Aragon and will be open to the public on the sidewalks of the two sides of the Paseo of Independence until June 21.

FCC Construccion has carried out works in Zaragoza such as the tram, Hospital Clínico Universitario, Museo del Fuego, the new Ibercaja office and congress building, the Expo Zaragoza aquarium, the Veruela Monastery National Parador or the school of arts and design . In terms of civil works, the construction area of the FCC Group has executed the bridge of the Fountains, the dam of La Loteta or Barasona, the tunnels of the AVE Delicias station, the Water Park or the Ronda Hispanidad among others.
