FCC Construcción took part in the Virtual Job Fair organised by the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and Universia. The fair took place on 16 and 17 October, and nearly 1,000 people visited the company's stand. It was a meeting point for more than 30 companies and educational institutions, career guidance and HR experts and young job seekers.

Participants had access to dozens of professional and training opportunities in Spain and Portugal and could follow in real time their candidacy in the selection process to which they had applied. Universia published more than 120,000 job and internship vacancies in 2023, more than 16,200 of them in Spain and more than 5,800 in Portugal.

It offered exclusive information on projects and training opportunities and featured experts in career guidance and HR. We provided young people with skills self-assessment tests, workshops and talks to help them improve their employability.
