FCC Construcción participates in the VII Mediterranean Railway Corridor Conference
FCC Construcción participates in the VII Conference of the Mediterranean Railway Corridor organized by Expansión.
The Mediterranean Corridor is an unfinished railway infrastructure that will connect travelers and goods from our Mediterranean communities with all of Europe. 1,300 kilometers of railway line to boost Spain and generate employment thanks to faster, more efficient and more sustainable transport.
A double platform in international gauge and with high speed that will run from the French border to Algeciras, linking cities as important as Barcelona, Valencia, Alicante, Murcia and Malaga and connecting them in turn with the rest of Europe.
The event was attended by the Secretary of State for Infrastructures of the Ministry of Mobility and Urban Agenda. In addition, the High Commissioner of the Mediterranean Corridor, the Secretary General of the Vice-Presidency, Digital Policies and Territory of the Generalitat Catalonia participated, together with the Secretary of Territory and Mobility; Minister of Territorial Policy, Public Works and Mobility of the Valencian Government; Minister of Development and Infrastructures of Murcia; Vice-Minister of Development, Infrastructure and Planning of the Territory of Andalusia; the president of the Port of Barcelona and the director of the East Zone of FCC Construcción.
