Last February 2023, the Community of Madrid launched the 4th ESO-Company Program. FCC Construcción subscribed to the program. To date, more than 20 educational centers (schools and institutes) from the Community of Madrid have joined. From Communications in the construction area of the FCC Group, a detailed analysis of the requests from the different centers has been carried out.

The objective that the company pursues when participating in this Community of Madrid program is multiple:

• Collaborate with the Public Administration in the development of this training and labor action, in such a way that a positive public-private relationship is established between both entities.
• Social action with the different institutes and schools subscribed to the program and evaluated by the company.
• Allow students their first contact with a work environment.

During this week different students from different educational and training centers of the Community of Madrid have participated. The participating centers have been analyzed and chosen based on two evaluation criteria: position of educational leadership within the set of schools and HEIs of the Community of Madrid, as well as the interest shown by the centers in the field of engineering and architecture training.
