FCC Construcción has participated in the FCC Group's intrapreneurship school, which stems from the development of the first intrapreneurship programme developed within the FCC Group, Roota.

This school promotes the development of the skills needed to create innovative solutions that adapt to the changing context of today's business world.

The training programme lasted 52 hours, divided into different sessions and with a mixed face-to-face/online participation format, with two face-to-face workshops at the group's headquarters in Las Tablas, and in English.
