FCC Construcción has been present at BuildingSMART Summit Valencia through the presentation of the BIM digitalization work developed in the Santiago Bernabéu stadium remodeling project. Laura Aldea Abad, BIM Manager of the project has explained the BIM digitalization project from the first bidding phases to the final phase of project completion. Laura's session was entitled openBIM Collaboration in Santiago Bernabéu Refurbishment Project.

José Carlos Rico, head of BIM Management of the company's Technical Services, participated in the round table called "The Golden Thread" where, together with clients such as Trafikverket (Sweden), NEOM (A. Saudi) or LTA (Singapore), as well as other international contractors and designers, they discussed the importance of the information produced in the projects. This must be reliable at all times, thus ensuring that the different agents involved, up to the end user, have a valid record for the different uses to which the information is to be put.

FCC Construcción, a pioneer in the digitization of construction processes and in the implementation of BIM technology, is already committed to the use of Geographic Information Systems in its processes.
