FCC Construcción is present on the new Board of Directors of REDI, which will spend three years developing the projects of Spain's most important association for diversity, equality and inclusion.

REDI's new Board of Directors is composed of:

Treasurer: Misael Pérez Osés of Airbus
Secretary: Diego Pol Longo of Cuatrecasas
Members: Ángel Gutiérrez López-Gasco of AXA, Izaro Assa of Amilibia of BBVA, David García Núñez of FCC Construcción, Virginia Carcedo Illera of Fundación ONCE, Diana Gómez Fidalgo of REPSOL, Eva Pérez Nanclares of S&P Legal and Pablo González Ruiz of the Trivu Tower

REDI is an association whose purpose is to promote the general interest, contributing to a more respectful Spanish society by promoting non-discrimination, equal opportunities and tolerance.

It was created in June 2015, inspired by similar international initiatives. In February 2018 it obtained legal form as an Association under Organic Law 1/2002, of March 22, and is governed by the rules established in the Law, its statutes and its internal regulations. The Association is non-political and non-profit.

By supporting its associates, REDI activates and promotes respectful, inclusive and safe work spaces so that talent is valued, regardless of their sexual orientation, identity or gender expression.
