FCC Construcción renews its record in the Spanish Registry of Carbon Footprint

FCC Construcción was the first company to record its carbon footprint in the Spanish National Registry of Carbon Footprint, Offsetting and Carbon Dioxide Absorption Projects, and has achieved the proposed aim of reducing it year after year.

The seal was created with a double-ended purpose; on the one hand, it enables organisations to demonstrate their participation in the registry and on the other hand, it allows companies to make a record of their contribution towards the battle against climate change.

FCC Construcción is currently taking part in the campaign entitled "1 million for the climate". It is an initiative aimed at consolidating the collective commitment by grouping together all of the individual and group actions which have an impact on the climate in order to shine light on the urgency to reduce emissions by a sufficiently ambitious degree so as to avoid the worst ecological, economic and social impacts of climate change.
